Cows are sold by hanging weight. (That means pretty much edible meat weight - no hide, head, hooves, gut, etc.).
The butcher charges a fee for dressing
it out. If you want it cut & wrapped, smoked, etc. our butcher gives our customers a good price or
you are welcome to make your own arrangements. He will cut your steaks as thick as you wish & package them in the
quantity you want Example: 2 steaks, 5 pounds of burger, 1 large roast, etc.....He can also wrap each side separately
- if you wanted to split it with someone. Price - $6.95 a pound, hanging weight + butcher fees.
Deposit is $300.00 per side. You can order one side; usually
we can find someone for the other half, if you cannot.
Lean ground beef or stew meat is $10.00 #.
